a modern italian/australian restaurant, located by a large expanse of water, that by night looks black... the young owners wanted a brand that was comtemporary yet was timeless, and would not appear dated in a couple of years time. the restaurant business is fickle, and the owners wanted their brand to apeal to a wide audience.
